Shared Roots Initiative

The Shared Roots Initiative is designed for educators in organizations working directly with refugees and immigrants. Our mission is to provide accessible resources, practical tools, and collaborative programs that help these educators strengthen community connections, support cultural integration, and foster growth for the people they serve. By sharing knowledge and creating spaces for collaboration, the initiative empowers organizations to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of newcomers and the communities they join.

How It Works

1. Contact us

If you are in a leadership role over education services that support immigrant and refugee communities, send us your name, organization, title, and email.

2. Get VIP access

We'll add you as a VIP member in our classroom on Skool.com

3. Host self-paced courses

Our self-guided courses allow you to lead group sessions and work through the worksheets and guides together at your own pace.

4. Ask for additional support

Stuck on a certain aspect of marketing or implementation? We're here to support you and your group through the process. We will work with you beyond the courses to establish a support plan.
