What is included in each course?
Each Marketing Roots course includes a video presentation, fillable guides, templates, and examples you can reference. The Syncing Roots Toolkit is reusable and organized into eight chapters. Two chapters include individual and group participation. The remaining chapters can be divided among team members based on role or availability — so no single person has to carry the whole process.
How long does this process take?
Marketing Roots video presentations run anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the course. A lean organization could aim for 1 course per month across the 8 Marketing Roots courses, followed by 3 months of the Syncing Roots toolkit. That said, you can go at your own pace. There's no deadline or penalty for moving faster or slower.
What are my membership options?
VIP Access (yearly subscription): everything, instantly. All eight Marketing Roots courses, the full Syncing Roots Toolkit, the VIP community board, and monthly webinars. Plus, instant access to new content.
Premium Plan (monthly subscription): instant access to Classes 1 and 2, then a new course unlocks each month.
Standard Plan (free subscription): Access miniature versions of the courses with scorable surveys. All available for download. Access to monthly demos and standard community board.
Syncing Roots à la carte: the toolkit divided into three parts, purchased individually from the Premium Plan or Standard Plan. Best for teams who prefer to pay as they go.
Who do we contact if we have questions or need additional support?
As a member on any plan, you will have access to your tier's monthly webinars with open Q&A, hosted by the course creator, Bethany. You can also email Bethany in the classroom with questions or request a personal consultation.
Do I need to purchase a Syncing Roots Toolkit for each team member?
No, once you purchase the toolkit, you own it for life. You can share it with your team, use it inside your organization as many times as you need, and reuse it as your team grows or your operations change. The only restriction is that you can't share it outside your organization. It's yours to use internally, not to distribute or resell. We recommend saving the original toolkit in a safe place and allowing team members to duplicate and download it for use.
